Who says life-saving skills are only for adults? I believe that you are never too young to learn how to stay calm and help in an emergency.
Mini Medics is a fantastic, highly simplified course designed to teach children the absolute basics of first aid and CPR. While it is perfectly tailored for kids aged 7 to 11, the flexible and interactive nature of the programme means it can be easily adapted for children of any age.
My absolute promise? There is zero scary medical jargon and absolutely no pressure. I use games, practical demonstrations, and hands-on activities to make sure every child walks away feeling proud, confident, and equipped with skills that could one day save a life.

- Calling for Help: Knowing how and when to call 999 (and what to say to the operator).
- The First Aid Kit: What’s inside and how to use it safely.
- Helping Someone Who is Hurt: Basic treatment for cuts, grazes, bu
